Pole Houses
We are the pioneers and leaders in pole house construction, specializing in pole barn homes and post-frame construction. We have worked with banks to educate them on the quality and longevity of a pole house. A "barndominium" or a pole barn house - or whatever you want to call it - we can bring your vision to life! Choose from a range of options - we can build the shell, allowing you to finish the interior, or we can build the entire pole barn home, whatever fits your needs. Pole houses are the best way to get big square footage in a house at a fraction of the price of a regular home build.
Animal Barns
We have extensive experience with barn construction for all types of animals. There needs to be very detailed thought put into animal barns so they function properly. The animals will dictate the space that we recommend and how you use the barn will determine the design for flow and access. Do you have horses? do you need to be able to ride your horses into the barn? Special height requirements need to be considered for every situation. We have built every kind of animal building and often do custom manure dumps, animal wash bays, tack and storage rooms, and more. Our barn builders are skilled in creating functional and durable animal barns tailored to your needs.
Riding Arenas
Do you ride western? Do you jump? We gather all the information about how you will use this building to make sure it is perfectly tailored to your needs. Details about how you ride will determine the height, size and features of your building. Do you need a horse wall? do you need viewing areas or sliding doors? What footing do you need? Whatever you need for your riding arena, we can make it happen. We have done it all and can do it for you!
Storage Buildings
Storage barns or buildings are a great way to protect equipment or materials from the elements. We can build them as tall as your equipment and custom tailor them to how you use your things to maximize access, efficiency, and organization. Storage buildings can be enclosed on 3 sides and open in the front, or they can be fully enclosed with large overhead doors and some even prefer to have concrete slabs put inside or outside. From small firewood storage to massive hay storage units, we have built every kind of structure you can imagine.
Commercial Buildings
We are the only commercial pole structure builder in Central Oregon. We have built commercial buildings in Sisters, Redmond, Bend, Prineville, Culver, Hood River, The Dalles, and beyond. We specialize in commercial building space, taking projects from start to finish. From surveys, civil, drawings, permitting, site prep, utilities, and more, we do it all so that our clients can be assured that they are getting the most efficient and cost-effective process. We build shells or do full turn-key buildings - whatever you need!
Site Work
We are the only pole builder that won't leave you hanging when it comes to a complete project. If you want to build a pole barn, everyone else will show up and say "call me when the site is ready." We have our own equipment and can prep the area of your new pole building for you. We have our own excavators, skid steers, dump trucks, and more, to make sure your site is prepped and ready to build on. And we don't stop there - we can help you with utilities and concrete preparation. We have on-call relationships with plumbers, electricians, insulators, and painters, for whatever your building needs to be completed!
